Turning every sales call into an updated CRM and a drafted follow-up

An agent that listens to the call so the rep doesn't have to log it — minutes of admin removed from every conversation.

Sales reps lose a large share of their week to post-call admin: logging the call, updating fields, and writing the follow-up. We deployed an agent that ingests the call transcript, extracts the entities that matter, writes them straight into Salesforce, and drafts the follow-up email for one-click sending.

After a discovery or demo call, a rep has to remember who was on it, what they objected to, what was promised, and what happens next — then type all of that into the CRM and write a follow-up. It happens in the evening, if at all. Pipelines rot because the data is late, partial, or never entered.

  • Transcript ingestion from Fireflies, Fathom or any speech-to-text source via webhook.
  • An extraction step that pulls decision-makers, objections, commitments and the agreed next step.
  • A write-back layer that maps those entities to Salesforce fields through the API.
  • A drafting step that writes a follow-up email in the rep's voice, queued for review.
  • The call ends; the transcript lands via webhook within minutes.
  • The agent classifies the call, extracts entities, and validates them against existing CRM records to avoid duplicates.
  • Mapped fields are written to the opportunity and contact; the next step becomes a dated task.
  • A follow-up draft appears in the rep's outbox — they read, tweak, send.

On a team of ten reps the recovered admin time lands in the range of four to six hours per rep per week, with notably more complete CRM data — which is the second, quieter win, since forecasting depends on it.
