Privacy policy
Data controller: Alvaro Badia (Badia Partners). Write to alvaro@badiapartners.com with any question about your data.
What data we process. Only what you give us:
- If you write through the form: name, email, company (if you give it) and your message.
- If you book a call: name, email, company, role, the tools you use, the process you want reviewed, any notes you add and the date and time you choose.
What for. To reply to you, set up the call you asked for and, if you want it, prepare and send you the written assessment. We do not use your data to send you advertising, nor do we hand it to anyone else to do so.
Legal basis. Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR): you are the one asking us for the call or the assessment.
How long. For as long as the conversation lasts and, if we do not end up working together, up to one year after the last contact. If you become a client, for the length of the engagement and the periods the law requires afterwards.
Who else processes it. Providers that deliver the service for us and act only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, database, anti-spam check (Turnstile) and visit statistics.
- Resend, Inc.: sending the confirmation and notification emails.
- Cal.com, Inc.: managing call bookings.
These providers may process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights. You can access, correct or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for it to be ported, by writing to alvaro@badiapartners.com. If you believe we have mishandled it, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
We do not make automated decisions about you or build profiles from your data.
