We collect the following personal data when you interact with our forms:
- Contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and message.
- ROI Calculator: name, email and company (all optional). If you skip them, we only store the numeric slider values.
- AI Maturity Audit: name, email (required) and company (optional), together with your questionnaire answers.
We do not collect payment data, special-category data or data from children under 14.

4. Data retention
We keep your data as long as a commercial relationship is active or until you request deletion. Contact data is deleted 3 years after the last interaction if no contract has been established.

Your data may be accessible to the following service providers under data processing agreements as required by GDPR:
- Resend Inc. (USA) — transactional email delivery. Transfer covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Cloudflare Inc. (USA) — hosting infrastructure and cookieless web analytics. Transfer covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by contacting us at hola@badiapartners.com.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (aepd.es) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool that stores no persistent identifiers on your device and sends no data to advertising networks. No cookie banner is shown because we use no cookies that require prior consent.
